- Analysis of existing development processes regarding completeness, correctness and conformity to ISO 21434
- Creation of the identified ISO work products and processes
- Review with the client and rework based on their feedback
- Release of the work products and processes and integration into the overall development processes
Result & Added Value
- A cybersecurity policy was created that defines how cybersecurity is managed within the company
- Role definitions were created that reflect the requirements towards the roles that are necessary to carry out all cybersecurity activities
- Corresponding cybersecurity development processes were defined, including interfaces to existing processes
- Templates and guidelines that support the development according to these new processes were created
