The Challenge
- In Project Test Management, all relevant verification and validation measures are monitored based on requirements and in accordance with the V-model and ISO 26262. Due to a personnel bottleneck, resources are freed up here and coordination in client projects is to be carried out.
The Approach
- Fulfilment of the tasks of a test manager in the context of project work:
- Test planning
- Organization of the implementation and monitoring of test case creation
- Organizing the execution and monitoring of necessary tests on the SIL, HIL or in the vehicle
- Organizing and forcing releases according to project planning
- Monitoring traceability to the requirements and test coverage
- Reporting on test planning and test execution
