  • Identification of relevant norms, standards, laws, and regulations for cybersecurity
  • Analysis of existing development processes and practices regarding gaps and possibilities for re-use and adaptation
  • Corresponding definition of measures
  • Implementation of these measures, incl. creation of process definitions and artifacts, templates, and guidelines as well as alignment workshops and reviews within the company
  • Roll-out of new cybersecurity processes

Result & Added Value

  • Comprehensive overview of relevant requirements was created
  • Measures for meeting these requirements were defined taking into account existing organizational structures, processes and common practices to enable re-use
  • Based on alignment with management and stakeholders, a Cybersecurity Policy was created that defines how cyber-security is managed within the company
  • Relevant roles for carrying out cyber-security activities were formally defined
  • Existing development processes were extended by cybersecurity aspects and dedicated processes created
  • Templates and guidelines that support the development according to these new processes were created
  • New processes were applied together with the client in a pilot project to ensure suitability for daily work
