To be precise: our coaches are experienced field experts with an specific field of knowledge. Their experience is constantly growing due to constantly changing projects and our cross-sector activities.

The foundation for all our training activities is an active and tool-supported competence and knowledge management. This enables us to convert our practical experiences and or cross-industrial best practices into professional and goal-oriented trianings.

Working in consulting takes place on four levels: the implementation level, the project controlling level, the management level and the personal skill level. The INVENSITY academy offers specific training activities that are designed towards the respective needs of the participants and the tasks of each individual level.

Technical Knowledge

Workshops for the implementation level are brought together under the term Technical Knowledge. Their starting point is the very essence of the subject matter, i.e. the actual technical environment. This includes, among other things, training courses on certain development tools and methods from the engineering field or on legal standards in specific areas of application.

Methodical Skills

Professional development courses on the subject of project controlling are part of the methodical skills field. They are designed for individuals who introduce and establish methods into the field of development, control projects and optimize processes. The academy offers trainings, e.g. in projemanagement and in different technical disciplines from the field of systems engienerering and requirements management here, among others.

Personal Excellence

Continious personal development is ensured by trainings in personal excellence. The target is to develop social skills and soft skills, e.g. negotiation skills, communication skills and methods for self-organisation. Our personal excellence trainings enable the participants to independantly and self-reliantly plan, organize and lead their private and professional life.

Social Competences

 

Trainings in the field of social competences broaden the skills of the participants and facilitate a respectful interaction towards one another and towards our customers, leading to a constructive and harmonious collaboration.

Leadership

Those who want to be successful leaders and persue their careers do not only need expert knowledge but also need to acquire specific leadership skills. The Academy provides both, embedding the concept of the four roles of leadership and thus enabling (future) managers to actively prepare for a leadership role.

ren“ von Paul Watzlawick trifft es auf den Punkt: Kommunikation ist ein sehr wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Lebens. Jeder von uns kommt irgendwann in eine herausfordernde Situation, in der er gezwungen ist, sein Können im Bereich Kommunikation unter Beweis zu stellen. Unabhängig davon, ob wir ein Krisengespräch im Projektteam oder ein Gespräch mit einem schwierigen Ansprechpartner führen ‐ mit hinreichender Vorbereitung können wir viel selbstbewusster auftreten und somit in allen Situationen gewünschte Ergebnisse erzielen.

INVENSITY zeigt Ihnen, wie man in solch herausfordernden Situationen kommuniziert.

Im Rahmen unseres Workshops lernen die Teilnehmer anhand einer Case Study und Simulationen die Methodik der Kommunikation kennen. Neben der Gruppenarbeit bekommt jeder Teilnehmer die Möglichkeit, Simulationsgespräche durchzuführen und dabei seine Fähigkeiten zu verbessern. Jeder von uns kommt irgendwann in eine schwierige Situation, in der er gezwungen ist, zu verhandeln. Verhandlungen sind somit ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Lebens. Unabhängig davon, ob wir mit unserem Chef unser Gehalt oder ob wir ein Gespräch mit einem schwierigen Ansprechpartner führen ‐ mit hinreichender Vorbereitung können wir viel selbstbewusster auftreten und somit in allen Situationen gewünschte Ergebnisse erzielen.

Im Laufe unseres Lebens geraten wir immer wieder in herausfordernde Situationen, in denen wir uns behaupten und bestmöglich darstellen müssen. Ein professionelles Auftreten wird bei Vorträgen an der Uni, bei Bewerbungsgesprächen sowie bei Präsentationen im Berufsalltag erwartet.

INVENSITY zeigt Ihnen, wie Sie einen Vortrag mit einfachen Hilfsmitteln perfekt vorbereiten und mit Ihrer Körpersprache das Publikum begeistern können.

Unser Workshop wird wieder eine abwechslungsreiche Mischung aus Theorie und interaktiver Gruppenarbeit sein, abgerundet von einem ausführlichen Feedback am Ende des Tages.

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich vor allem an Studenten der Ingenieur- und naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengänge, die gerne anspruchsvolle Aufgaben in Teams bearbeiten und einen Einblick in die spannende Arbeit einer Technologie- und Innovationsberatung bekommen möchten.

Management innovativer High-Tech Projekte

Innovationsprojekte zeichnen sich durch ihre hohe Komplexität und Risikopotentiale bei der Entwicklung neuer Technologien und Dienstleistungen aus. Einen guten Projektmanager macht aus, dass er kritische Situationen früh erkennt, mit möglichst wenig Reibungsverlusten wieder in den Griff bekommt (Risiken) oder die sich bietenden Möglichkeiten nutzt (Chancen). Die Planung ist oft ein vernachlässigter Faktor und wird zugunsten des kurzfristigen Termindrucks sehr niedrig priorisiert. Die Folge können Qualitätsprobleme und verminderte Kundenzufriedenheit sein.

Da ein technisches Fallbeispiel behandelt wird, richtet sich die Veranstaltung vor allem an Studierende der Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und technische Informatik, die sich bereits im Hauptstudium befinden. Der Workshop hat das Ziel, die grundlegenden Elemente des Projektmanagement zu vermitteln.

Der Workshop ist in drei Teile gegliedert:


  1. Kommunikation ist ein wesentliches Element der Projektarbeit. Sie ist Voraussetzung für den Teamerfolg. Ihnen werden in diesem Workshop die Grundlagen einer effizienten Kommunikation vermittelt.
  2. Projektmanagement-Methoden und Tools dienen dazu, Komplexität zu beherrschen, technologische Projekte transparent darzustellen und an den richtigen Punkten Steuerungsmaßnahmen zu ergreifen. Eine Auswahl an Standardtools gibt Ihnen einen Einblick, wie INVENSITY Consultants den täglichen Herausforderungen begegnen.
  3. Reale Projekte verbinden Soft Skills und Methodenkompetenz. Aus diesem Grund werden Sie die Möglichkeit haben, in Teamarbeit und Simulationen typische Projektsituationen zu bearbeiten, zu präsentieren und das gelernte Wissen zu festigen.

Our development of trainings observes the standards of life-long education in adult education and embodies innovative methods. Basic to the development of trainings are:

  • incorporating a variety of teaching methods that are adaptef to the situation
  • interactivity in between the participants and the trainers
  • keeping a balance in between theoretical and practical knowledge, e.g. by using case studies and teamwork
  • high degree of quality visualisation
  • training documentation for further studies

In general, a wide range of media is available for the transfer of knowledge and training. Depending on the target group, the content and the scope of the training, we will support you to select the suitable media.

  • Media support: provision of learning documents online, support of the learning process by an online coach
  • Blended learning: an integrated form of learning that combines the classic in-class lecture and with an e-learning programme.
  • E-Learning programme: an exclusively digital form of learning which is suitable for certain contents only and can have a ariety of manifestations.
  • App-learing: teaching by the medium of suitable applications
  • Nugget learning and learning-on-demand: design of content in smaller learning units that allow learning-on-the-fly.

Personnel development usually means the participation in personal development measures such as training, coaching or workshops. This approach is neither sustainable nor goal-oriented, as a systematic building-up of compentences is more than a sequence of successfully attended trainings.

The understanding of personal development at the INVENSITY academy takes the individual training requests of the employees into consideration and matches them to the global development plan of the company. Thus all corporate education measures meet the demands of both the employees' and the company's target-orientation.

Personnel development at INVENSITY is understood as a maturity of the employee, both personally and technologically. Personal development is considered as a development in width - the develpopment of technical skills is a development of depth. A combination of both layers ensures that the employee enlarges his scope of compentences by expanding his skills. In the sense of a learning organisation does a single employee not only enlarge his competences but also enhance the company.

INVENSITY is able to externally assess its employees. Due to long lasting experience in the field of employee assessments, we are able to assess the current status of personal development and know-how of employees from a technologically-oriented company.

Recommended action concerning eduvcational and personal development measures will be given based on a thorough analysis.

If specific solutions are necessary, workshops are the medium of choice. Small groups approach challenges together, apart from daily routine.

INVENSITY offers support for subject-oriented workshops, is able to moderate them and to lead you to a sustainable result. One of our INVENSITY-Trainers in this case takes the lead of the workshop and ensures:

  • Provision of time frame and structure

Conflicts are part of our life, whether in the private or the working environment. Unresolved conflicts uncover inconveniences in our social life and influence or professional performance.

The INVENSITY academy can resolve and (BEWÄLTIGEN) conflicts effectively. Using different mediation techniques we will act as mediators in conflicts and does contribute to a de-escalation and resolution strategy.

In cooperation with the involved parties we will sharpen the consciousness for another and the sources of conflict. If the comprehension for the "when" and "where" of the dispute is existent, both parties of the conflict can work on the attitude and the behaviour. To achieve that a couple of communication strategies and courses of action are presented. As soon as a suiting attitude and stragy is obtained, an action plan for de-escalation will introduces and a post-analysis of the resolution process will be provrided to avoid critical situations in the future.

The IDP considers the individual, selfdeterminated development goals of the employees. By enpowering our staff we are enabling our customers as well in consulting, methods and trainings. Target-oriented knowledge management ensures that our practical experiences and interdisciplinary best practices are transferred into professional and target-oriented trainings.

The structuring and the classification in categories is done by our centers of excellence and the INVENSITY Innovation Center. In cooperation with the INVENSITY ACADEMY new professional trainings are created and constantly improved.

New approaches are discussed, evaluated and integrated into already existing training courses, if necessary. Studies, papers and articles are the base as well as the result of a technology and trend monitoring, which helps us to be always up to date when it comes to the latest inventions.

Based on a concept of developing competences we offer you an individual, custom-tailored training curriculum that will support you to accomplish you targeted skill and role profiles. Development of a technical expert becoming a team leader

The development of a technical expert towards a team leader requires an extension of the own compentences. Three core areas will e affected: the formation of personal skills, the built up of the knowledge in technical management & adoption of methods and proceedings in the area of strategy & innovation.

The contents are mediated by a combination of different forms of training & methods to address individual needs & learning types. Skills like communications and self-management are tought in group trainings & deppened during a 1 to 1 specific workout in the technical management area.

For the treamleader the area of strategy & innovation are in the focus of the development. The knowledge in disciplinary management, leadership & agreements as well as leadership theories are learned here through practical tutorials & case studies with experienced consultants, so that the learned aspects can be adopted & transposed.
